• Every product is checked thoroughly before dispatch. Products may be exchanged within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery via prior approval. Requests will be duly declined after the stipulated time frame. You may email us within 7 days of receiving your order at Ro[email protected]
  • To exchange your product, you may request for delivery, subjected to a $5 fee unless the product is incorrect or defective. Alternatively, you may contact us for redirection to the distributors for an exchange.
  • Product exchanges are accepted on a conditional basis i.e Defective, change in sizing & incorrect delivery of product.
  • Product exchanges do not apply to clearance items, different product categories & goods damaged by the user.
  • Product exchange will be permitted if all of the following are fulfilled : Availability of receipt, product is in its original condition with tags & packaging intact.
  • If a replacement product is no longer available, you may select similar products within the same price points. For products above the price points, the difference has to be compensated for by the purchaser.
  • All product exchanges are final and are not allowed to be further exchanged.
  •  Cash refunds are strictly disallowed.
